Do I Really Need A Life Coach?

I just wanted to spread the word about Life Coaching and what it can do to help just about anyone. No, not every coach is suited for every client but the right coach/client combination is such powerful tool.

I hear different variations of the following questions and statements a lot: “What can a coach do for me?”, “I can’t afford to pay a coach!”, “What does SHE know that I don’t know?”, “I don’t need a stinking’ Coach!” OK, well I tossed the word “stinking'” in there (smile) but I do know there are many people who could benefit from the power of coaching but feel they don’t need it.

Let me ask you a question? Who is considered one of the greatest golfers of all time? Tiger Woods right? Well guess what, the greatest golfer of all time has a coach! In fact Tiger has had several coaches including Butch Harmon, Hank Haney, Sean Foley and most recently Chris Como. You see even if you are the greatest at what you do, you can always improve on that greatness. Coaching doesn’t always mean that there is something wrong with you, coaching can help you improve on what you are already doing to make you even better ineedadeadline.com.

Hopefully the following can open some eyes to the magic of this wonderful tool called life coaching!

Coaching is an effective process used to support individuals in creating something new for their lives. I work side by side with my clients in coaching by providing perspective and support for self-knowledge as they accomplish their business and personal goals as well as helping them gain clarity on life issues.

I personally help people achieve balance, clarity and cultivate the tools necessary for them to evolve into a life filled with happiness and serenity. I believe everyone has the tools they need inside of themselves to lead a more fulfilling life. I simply guide them along an empowering path that will awaken these tools, focus on their passion and ultimately lead them to a more fulfilled self.

Life coaches are great and act as your personal cheerleader and sometimes can be a mentor. There are many benefits to having a Personal Life Coach and here are just a few. Coaching is a valuable process for people looking to:

* design life intentions that include both your business and personal goals.
* make meaningful personal changes that reduce stress and simplify your life.
* Free up energy and other resources to attract what you want for your life now.
* enhance the quality of your communication and relationships
* Work through a career or life transition
* achieve better work/life balance
* gain clarity, focus and direction

Coaching is also for those that are successful and growing entrepreneurs, where everything is going really well, and you would just appreciate a neutral sounding board who will give you straight-up honest feedback and on-going support.

Coaching can cover many different areas from sports to business, to life in general and it is essential that you make yourself aware of coaching before you get involved in a single area that you need help in. If you joined a sport in grade school you had a coach explain to you the rules and the best strategy to use to help win the game. In high school you had this same advantage, but once you reach the grown up world you may think you don’t have this advantage anymore. This is not always true, there are coaches out there to help you be the best you possible and this also applies to the business and sports world as well.

Business coaching has become extremely popular and companies are seeing the overall benefits by the results in production from their employees. Over the years companies have realized that using coaches in the business world can make a big difference in their corporation. Coaches in the business world can really help, for example if you are an employee trying to get a head in the company it can give you an advantage over other employees. If you are a supervisor who hires a coach for the employee you may be giving your company an advantage over other companies. Whichever way fits your needs it is a fact coaching can make an impact in the world of industry.

So is life coaching in a specific area of my life right for me?

Just because an offer from a coach sounds good, in reality it may not be the right one for you; therefore you need to be sure and check out all the information given to you before accepting an offer. Don’t accept the first offer that comes to you, check out several choices, compare, and then choose. You are searching for a coach that can offer you the most help in the areas of business, sports or life that you are concerned with, along with someone with a good reputation of proving themselves as an excellent coach.
